today i ate… mcdonalds bacon and egg mcmuffin 310 cup of tea with milk and sugar 10 green tea frap without whipped cream 380 pesto turkey sandwich 370 today i worked out… 35 minute run 280 total… 790 i’m getting better i will be also consuming a bottle of white wine yum! everyone have a safe and great weekend xo

cucumber yogurt facial cleanser
