cabbage soup diet
Ingredients
6 large green onions
2 green peppers
1 or 2 cans of diced tomatoes
3 large carrots
1 (10 oz) container of mushrooms
1 bunch of celery
half a head of cabbage
1 package of lipton soup mix
jalapeno to taste

pamper yourself with a natural, fresh face wash using red grapefruit.
grind half of one grapefruit in a blender (peel included) with a splash of milk and some sugar.
blend until the mixture is well combined and then warm the mixture in the microwave just until warm. stir until thickened. spread the mixture over your face, lightly rubbing the sugar into your skin until it dissolves, then rinse.

cucumber yogurt facial cleanser
for sensitive skin
ingredients
1 small cucumber (peeled)
1/2 cup yogurt
3 tbsp beaten curds
directions
grate cucumber into a bowl
add yogurt and beaten curds, mix well
apply paste over entire face and massage well
leave it on for 5 minutes, rinse with cool water
this mixture will nourish the skin, tighten pores and help reduce blemishes.

i've been busy
but i’ve been working out regularily. at least for the last 5 days. i am really proud of myself! i’m going to do the 14 day stretch before chris comes home for sure!
i discovered the best snack ever. avocados. they’re yummy, filling, and they feed your skin! plus they’re super healthy. i like to mush it all up and mix it with lots of lemon juice.
