diet update day one.
i have drank my 64 oz of water for the day, and i am still thirsty. so i guess that’s good. for lunch i made a giant salad, with celery, mushrooms and asparagus. my first protein shake was pretty tasty. i am hungry, but i don’t know if it’s mental or i am hungry. i’m going to make dinner soon anyway. yay almost had one successful day!
diet day one, breakfast went well.
i ate a herb and cheese omelette ideal protein mix, a cup of oolong tea and 16 oz of water. i feel pretty full, the egg didn’t taste that great. i think next time i get it i’ll add some mushrooms into it. yum.
ew, I gained like 8 lbs during my vacation ew ew...
diet tomorrow, i am nervous as nervous as a kitty...
