this is what i work together, and what i would recommend you guys do it.
i start off every workout with a half hour run, then i work on whatever pair i am doing that day. you should rotate them so you aren’t stressing your muscles out all the time.
then i work on my abs, some days i do a routine my boyfriend taught me, other days i use the ball, or somedays i just do the machines. but i recommend if you want a toned tummy to do abs everyday you work out. it’s the one muscle i only like to rest on day a week.
after that i like to go on the bike for half an hour to and hour. i don’t stress myself to much on it, and keep it at an easy pace.
